EPC factory design and construction for production of CBI for recycling fine DRI produced SHAFT FURNACE plant with an annual capacity of 600,000 tones (Kavosh Foolad Jey Co.). From 2020 to 2023

EPC Foundry design and construction for production of heavy cast parts up to 100 tones and Continuous Casting Machine for square billets with 300,000 annual productions. From 2009 to 2011

Heat-treatment furnaces Annealing, tempering, and normalizing with capacities of 15 tons, 40 tons, 80 tons, 100 tons, and 300 tons. The temperature range is between 250 °C-1150 °C. From 2005 to 2010

The SOLAR furnace which is used in heat treatment of surface hardening or differential hardening of the backup cast and forged roller up to 100 tones with 1100 °C. From 2014 to 2016

Horizontal centrifugal casting machine for the production of double-layer work rollers.it is used in plate production in hot strip mills, such as work and backup rollers of F1-F7 stands with capacities of 5 to 64 tons. From 2011 to 2015

Vertical centrifugal casting machine for producing single-layer and double-layer sleeves with a capacity of up to 10 tons. Other auxiliary equipment for casting double-layer rollers, including mold paint-spraying device (lining), and mold shot blast machine. From 2007 to 2009
